Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time

We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, the whole processing and shipping period will take 7-14 business days, however please allow 28-30 days for items to arrive before contacting us, until 30 days have passed we can not start the refund process and it’s likely your order will arrive within this time frame.


In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the normal operation of all couriers around the world has been affected, this includes our courier partners. Shipping may experience 3-5 business days delay. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to get you your orders to you as soon as we can. Process after your order is placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Shipping Charges

All products will clearly state a shipping charge if they come with one. If no shipping charge shows, that product comes with free shipping.

What to do if your parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us. We will take immediate remedial actions.

Exchange/Return items

May I cancel my order?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

About return & exchange

We accept returns on most items for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the receipt. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.

The process before you send the product back

You only need to contact us and inform us of your return and the reason for the return.

If you want to exchange, please refer to the return steps, informing us that you want to exchange through email. Please place a new order of the item you want to exchange after you got the reply. The refund is automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

The requirement for products that can be returned:

  • Your items must be unused. No signs of wear or damage.
  • Keep original packaging in the same condition when you received it. Include all tags and boxes.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not throw away the receipt and send it back with your order.
  • Please use a padded box when you return the product. doesn’t accept return or exchange when the product:

  • Final Sale or Markdown Sale Items
  • Worn Items or Items damaged due to normal wear.
  • No original packaging (include box and pouch).
  • The customer needs to bear a £20 return charge (palletised items £75).
  • If you want to exchange, we will only charge you at most a £20 return fee, which means we will not charge the shipping fee for your exchange product. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. If the request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically deduct the corresponding amount from your credit card or the original payment method. This process may take up to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of processing.

  • Please first recheck your bank account.
  • Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
